How to participate

Those who have joined the past raffles are already in the list for the third raffle. If you have not joined yet, you must:

• send an e-mail to <studentforum@aipti.org> with the subject "Mona Baker's presentation raffle."
• be a registered member.*
• have presented yourself in the Forum (the following link to the presentation sub-forum might be useful: <http://bit.ly/8ZnWUJ>).

*IMPORTANT. In case you have not completed your registration (you will notice it since you are not able to post messages in the Forum, and your CP announces "Account not activated"), please contact our Registration Team at <regis.studentforum@aiptil.org> to finish the registration process.

Rules

Prize: The prize includes full entrance to Mona Baker's presentation, which will be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The prize does not include accommodation or transport. There is no cash alternative to the prizes.

Eligibility: The raffle is open to all IAPTI Student Forum registered members who have presented themselves in the forum up till one hour before each raffle. The Forum Staff are not eligible to take part in the raffle.

To enter: Send an e-mail at <studentforum@aipti.org> with the subject "Mona Baker's presentation raffle." The entries that have not won will be included in the following raffle.

Drawing and awarding: The winners will be selected in three random drawings in May, June, and July 2010. The dates will be confirmed on the first week of each month. The results will be computer-generated by the online system available at <http://www.sortea2.com/>. The results of each raffle and a link to the raffle page will be published in the Forum the same day the raffle is held. The winner of each raffle will be notified by e-mail. He or she will have 3 days to respond to accept the prize. If the winner does not accept the prize within that time frame, the passes will be raffled off again. The substitute winner will have two days to respond via e-mail to accept the prize.

Agreement: By participating in the raffle, you accept these conditions and the decisions of the IAPTI Student Forum Staff, which are final and binding.
